A group of designer-makers, originally formed in early 2006, who live and work in and around the small village of Manaton on Dartmoor and draw inspiration from the stunning scenery, colours and textures surrounding them.

Manaton Makers are once again taking part in Devon Open Studios - this is their 11th consecutive year. They will be exhibiting and selling their wide range of high quality work in the Barn Gallery at Ullacombe Farm Shop and Café, Haytor Road, near Bovey Tracey TQ13 9LL.

Jan Baker
Traditional and contemporary baskets in willow and cane inspired by Dartmoor and the sea.

Cat Frampton
From exclusive wedding tiaras to surfer wear and every day items. Cat also teaches jewellery-making regularly in Exeter & Manaton.

Andy Moreton
Andy has been painting for many years, but has only recently come to the art of printmaking. She produces timeless work, with a special charm all of its own.

Sarah Poat
Intricate watercolour paintings specialising in botanical and natural history subjects. Sarah also paints Dartmoor landscapes.
